AWS Certification
12-05-2023Galvanina Group has applied to obtain the AWS – Alliance for Water Stewardship Certification, an internationally recognized standard to promote the sustainable management of water as a shared world resource.
This certification rewards the way companies deal with water resources in five main areas:
- Good water governance
- Healthy status of important water-related areas
- Good water quality status
- Sustainable water balance
- Safe water, sanitation and hygiene for all (WASH)
In order to get the AWS Certification each one of the above goals have to be fulfilled and since Galvanina Group’s commitment to sustainability dates back to the earlies 2000, it’s likely to meet the global benchmark for responsible water stewardship.
